3. Service-Specific Considerations

SEO and Online Marketing: These services involve strategic and time-based activities across third-party platforms. Since outcomes depend on factors like search engine algorithms and market competition, results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are not provided for underperforming campaigns, though transparency in reporting and deliverables is maintained.

Web Design & Development: If design concepts, wireframes, or development work has already been approved, refunds apply only to unused service fees. No refunds will be issued once the agreed scope of work has been completed.

Hosting and Maintenance: Hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly or annually. Once activated, they become non-refundable unless there is a duplicate payment or billing error, which will be corrected promptly upon verification.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
